The Wellington has revolutionized the world of sunglass fashion forever. Some of them are true icons, like the Ray-Ban Wayfarer, or the Oakley Frogskins.

This is a great pair of sunglasses. I was looking for something really light and well fitting. The Namba frame is all that. Done are the days my sunglasses are slowly sliding down my nose.
I chose the copper lens because I wanted lenses that improve contrast. I use them in the snow (I’m quite snow blind), but also on the beach where it can be just as bright. I like the slight orange tint that the world gets with these lenses, and this color absolutely seems to provide great clarity and contrast when it’s super bright out. Great buy!

The copper lens is exceptional. Whether I'm climbing, skiing, or hiking, this lens provides unparalleled clarity and contrast. It suppresses reflections and reduces glare, making even the most challenging lighting conditions more manageable. However, the lenses are very bright, which might be a concern for some users. I was a bit irritated by that at first, but quickly got used to it. Overall, these sunglasses are a fantastic choice for outdoor enthusiasts looking for premium eyewear.

Hi Bianca, thanks for your feedback! You are correct, our lenses are a little brighter than many other sunglass lenses. But brighter lenses don’t mean that more light is passing through these lenses. Our polarized filter works at 99% UV reduction and filters all reflective light and glare. Many darker lenses are actually causing the opposite, they make your pupils open up and let more harmful light it. Darker is not better when it comes to sunglass lenses. The magic is in the polarized filter.

Never heard of this brand before, but I did a bit of research and also looked at their corporate brand (they are a daughter brand of a Japanese lens manufacturer with some impressive history). I liked what I read about their lenses and order them. And I must say I didn’t regret my choice. These lenses are incredible from the first moment you wear them. I never wore such a clear and crisp pair of sunglasses. I’m very curious about trying their other lenses. Unfortunately they don’t have retail store in the US though.
The nylon frames might not be for everyone. But I quite came to like them. They are super light. Quite a change when coming from acetate frames that I was wearing for most of my life.
